Please follow-up again and for strict compliance:
1. Staff - document in communication binder during endorsement about “Staff self-declare that they don’t have fever or cough upon entry of the home” - not ill, no cough/ fever, etc.
2. For Client - document in daily log about health - indicate same (no fever/ cough, etc. If has; document as well and write the temperature and action taken by staff, monitoring, etc.
Write in communication binder as well as client's activity or visits when cancelled as measures to prevent Covid-19. Example below needs to be reflected in your Communication Binder and to be followed:
Please document all our measures for Covid-19.

Hi Team,
To make sure during endorsement you ask the incoming staff:
Do they have
(1) cough?
(2) difficulty of breathing?
(3) fever?
Then right Yes or No in the COMMUNICATION BINDER.
And again, for client - write it in the Daily Log.
