The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for coordinating all shift schedules and filling any vacant shift to ensure all staff will take shifts in all programs based on required standards.

The Support Worker assists clients with their physical, vocational, recreational, social, emotional, and daily life skill development. They supports clients to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life as possible.

The Medication assistant assists in activities and tasks related to medication management in all programs of the company.

In general, Scheduling Assistants shall ensure staff are properly scheduled across all programs, and fill any vacant shifts.
In addition to these tasks, the Senior Scheduling Assistant is responsible for publishing monthly schedules of all homes, coordinating within the team, and serving as a liaison between the team, management, and other departments.

The Case Manager is responsible for the overall functions of the residential program to ensure that excellent practice standards are met including administrative, training, employee relations, health and safety, service delivery, case management, professional and community liaison.

The Support Worker assists clients with their physical, vocational, recreational, social, emotional, and daily life skill development. They supports clients to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life as possible.

In general, Scheduling Assistants are responsible for ensuring that all shifts are properly scheduled and for filling any vacant shifts. They also ensure that staff are assigned across all programs in accordance with required standards.
In addition to these tasks, the Senior Scheduling Assistant is responsible for organizing and publishing the monthly schedules of homes, coordinating within the team, and serving as a liaison between the team, management, and other departments.
